The footage shows a man with a hood pouring gasoline over the car and then a line of it down to the end of the driveway where he then lit it on fire and walked away down the street while the flames blazed.

Inmates cause some trouble in Kuna at the Idaho State Correctional Center on Saturday. An investigation is underway after an outbreak from some inmates. Windows were broken, a fire was started and several went to the hospital.
