Thanks for stopping by! I'm Rick - and I'm half of the morning show Rick and Carly on WOW Country 104.3! I was born and raised in San Diego, California, where I was nicknamed the "Country Surfer" by my buddies. I only had one country station to listen to growing up - and when I wasn't listening to that - I was on my board catching waves! Country music is my true love - and I've been blessed to be on-air for country stations the past 15 years
Hey, I'm Carly! I've been getting up at 2:30 a.m. for the last 13 years to wake up with you and I wouldn't have it any other way! Country music truly has my heart. Before moving to Boise, I was born and raised just south of Salt Lake City. I have fond memories of Idaho growing up because my Dad is from Pocatello and we would travel to Grangeville nearly every Thanksgiving to visit my great-grandparents. When I told my family I was moving to the Treasure Valley, my Dad gave me his blessing by saying "My heart is shaped like Idaho!" I fell in love with Boise from the moment Rick and I rolled into town
Hi there! I was born in Chihuahua--yes there is actually a place--in Mexico but grew up in a really small town (smaller than Kuna) in California! I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Communications from San Francisco State University and never took a radio class. I wanted to be a TV news reporter, but when I moved to Idaho in 2012, radio found me, and now 5 years later, I can't think of doing anything else! I love being outdoors (camping, hiking, laying in the grass at the park), baseball (go Giants), spending time with my friends and family, and of course, hanging out with you while you work on WOW 104
Hello! Thanks for stopping by! I'm Rich and you can catch me on the WOW 104.3 airwaves. When I'm not on-air, you can find me at many of our WOW remotes, at the local country shows, or enjoying a nice glass of wine somewhere here in town. I absolutely adore Idaho, country music, and all of our listeners! Thanks for tuning in!
Born and raised in Idaho and proud to be a Boise native! I love my Boise State Broncos, in a nutshell football makes me happy. I’ve been in radio since 2006 and country music is the only genre I’ve ever worked, I have a strong love for music but country music is a passion. I love spending time with family and friends and in my spare time I am a terrible golfer, hit the mountains to ski and I love to take my golden retriever to the greenbelt and the foothills for some hiking
Sam Alex has worked for country stations across the nation and never misses his favorite acts when they come to town. He's been on red carpets for many different awards shows and interviewed some of your favorite celebrities, like Will Ferrell and Taylor Swift. Originally from Chicago, Sam now lives in Nashville, where he hosts the Taste of Country Nights radio show, a syndicated night show which airs on more than 75 stations nationwide. If you ever see him on lower Broadway, get him a pina colada and some BBQ chicken pizza
Lorianne Crook and Charlie Chase have been the go-to source for country music news and entertainment for 30 years now, reaching millions of fans not only in North America, but around the globe.
