I'm hosting Easter dinner at my house this year for the first time ever! I'm a little nervous, but here's what I'm serving!

Thank goodness for Food Network because Ms. Trisha Yearwood has eased my Easter dinner anxiety! I've never made a ham before! (I know, I know, it's pathetic! I actually cook on a regular basis, and I don't think I'm too bad at it, but ham is just not something we normally cook!) Luckily, Mrs. Garth Brooks shared her recipe for the perfect...

Honey Baked Ham (It looks like perfection, so I'd try it if I were you, and cross your fingers for me!)

Here's some other must haves on my Easter menu.

Deviled Eggs (I am such a deviled egg snob! I Love love love me a good deviled egg. This is my favorite spin on them.)

Macaroni Shrimp Salad (We have had this every single year of my life in my family. You just can't have Easter without it!)

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus (Again, thank you Trisha Yearwood! I'm going to try these this year. Who doesn't like bacon?!)

Mandarin Coconut Salad (My Mom makes this and I look forward to it every year!)

Chinese Chicken Salad (Again, this is a Mama's must and I love it!)

My Aunt Penny's 12 hour Foolproof rolls (These are the only and best rolls I make!)

Cheesy Potatoes (I'm originally from Utah where these are known as Mormon Funeral Potatoes. I don't care where they came from, or even if they are a little redneck, they are delicious!)

My favorite Easter dessert is store bought angel food cake topped with whipped cream and strawberries. It doesn't get any easier than that, so that's what I'm doing for dessert!

There you go! Wish me luck and if you're making Easter dinner at your house I wish you the best of luck too! Happy Easter!
