Zoo Boise’s Spooktacular Events Coming Up

This may have spook in the title but it is actually not scary but very fun for the whole family. Zoo Boise has some great Halloween fun to enjoy.

The Spooktacular goes on October 11th-13th and the the 18th-20th and the hours are 6:00pm-9:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 5:30pm-8:00pm on Sundays. Admission is the normal zoo admission. During the 'Spooktacular" there will be activities every night that are geared around Halloween. Every year they have multiple holiday and family events.

They have so many great exhibits at Zoo Boise:

• Giraffe
• Amur Tiger
• Giant Anteater
• Sloth Bear ( this one I want to see really bad)
• North American porcupine ( you may have seen one before)
• Inca Tern (bird)

This is not only to raise awareness but allow the families more fall fun festivities in the Treasure Valley. Another popular event is Boo at the Zoo at the end of October. More info coming soon!
