Vandals to get $30 Million Arena

Vandals Basketball and Volleyball teams are getting some new digs!

University of Idaho announced this morning their plan to build a new athletic facility for the basketball and volleyball teams.

The new building, called the Idaho Arena, will be 70,000 square feet and will accommodate 4,700 people.

Apperantly the decision wasn't recent, according to the Idaho Statesman, the arena is part of a 47-year-long discussion. The project will cost $30 million - $13 million of which has already been raised by donors.
