Two ISP Patrol Cars hit on I-84

The slick roads and driving under the influence were factors.

There were a total of 11 crashes Sunday, two of those involved Idaho State Police vehicles.

In one incident, a minivan slid into the patrol car while an officer was responding to a non-injury crash.

In the second incident, the driver side-swiped a van, hit a guardrail, then hit the back of the patrol car. The driver was arrested and charged for driving under the influence. Luckily there were no injuries in either incident.
