It all kicks off with Rick and Carly in the morning, they'll play your cue to call, when you hear it be caller #12 and you're one step closer to your tickets. But there's a catch, when you're caller #12, you've got to give us the name of the person who won in the previous hour --- then, and only then, will you win your tickets to the show!!!!
