Third Time’s a Charm – Boise County Prosecutor Arrested Again For DUI

Should County Prosecutors be held to a higher standard?  Not once, not twice, but three DUI's?

Jolene Maloney is a Boise County Prosecutor and had two prior DUI charges before Thursday night.  The third is the biggie because it's a felony.  Idaho State Police in Ada County are not commenting on the details of the arrest.

Maloney was arrested in 2012 and 2013 for driving under the influence.  She also has some issues earlier on charges of misdemeanor of injury to a child and disturbing the peace back in 2010.

She's being held in the Ada County Jail and could face up to ten years if convicted.
