Kudos to Kenton Lee, a Nampa man who created a shoe that grows five sizes for kids in poverty-stricken countries.

Lee founded an organization back in 2009, Because International,  that fights the injustices of extreme poverty. When on a trip to Kenya, Lee noticed that a lot of the kids had shoes that were too small; in some cases cut open to make room for their toes.

So he decided to do something about that problem. He helped design a shoe that would grow with the child, up to 5 sizes! That means a kid could wear the shoes-made of durable rubber and leather-from pre-school to the fifth grade!
