Strap yourselves in, buckle up and open wide.  Rick's "Massive Burger" is a classic you'll cook up over and over.  And... you can win Big Juds every week for an entire year.

 

80% 20% ground beef is what you'll need and lots of it.  Below is a pic of what Carly does for four burgers.  Combine them all for my Massive Burger.  Sauce it up with your typical salt and pepper.  Yep, that's all you need.  We're going old school with this bad boy.

Slow and easy is how you wanna cook this guy.  You have to be gentle and patient so it'll cook all the way through.  I put the beef on the high rack so I don't burn the outsides too early.

 

Extra huge buns are sometimes a challenge.  I order mine online.  You can pretty much get anything online these days.  My perfect Massive Burger gets mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, lots of onions and just the right amount of cheese slices melted perfectly over that sizzling ground beef.
