Punish Nampa Kettle Thieves

Time to sound off Idaho.  How should we punish these idiots that stole 5 Salvation Army Kettles in Nampa last week?

Yeah, that's right.  A bunch of low class boneheads decided to jack The Salvation Army!  Are you kidding me?  Come rob my house, a store, the bank, whatever... but The Salvation Army.  Come on!
