Two men skydiving tandum make and emergency landing behind the Walmart in Caldwell when their parachute won't open.  And the whole thing's on video!

An Oregon man was skydiving with Michael Sousa, an instructor from Skydown Skydiving at about 16,000 feet and their parachute lines became twisted.  At about 2,500 feet from the ground they had to make a quick decision to cut away the main parachute and open the emergency chute.

A bit of a rough landing behind the Caldwell Walmart but both men are ok.  Just a couple of scrapes and bruises.  Here's the video from their GoPro camera.
