A little boy from Meridian playing in the snow with his friends has been accidentally run over by a pick-up truck.

It seemed like an innocent game to the young boys. They were taking turns burring themselves in the snow in the Paramount subdivision.

For some reason two boys buried their friend as they had been doing and then they walked away, leaving their friend buried behind.

Just then a pick-up truck, that was there for construction in the area accidentally ran over the boy who was hidden in the snow.

According to KTVB, the boy, whose name has not been released, suffered a significant head injury.

Luckily he was taken to St. Alphonsus and was able to get into a neurosurgeon who operated on the boy Friday night.

Miraculously, he was responsive and even talking yesterday afternoon and was expected to leave the ICU last night.

A Christmas miracle indeed!
