Man Charged in Boise Rape

A man is behind bars tonight after he allegedly attacked, drugged, and raped a woman in West Boise. 

The attacked happened Saturday around noon behind a home on Fox Lane.

Now 37 year old Jesus Salvador Ramos has been linked to the rape.

According to KTVB, he was arrested by police about 1:30 Sunday morning.

The woman accusing Ramos says she does not know him, that he forced her to take an unknown substance, and that he raped her.

If convicted Ramos is facing life in prison.
