Check your water bills this month, there could be a big error.

Suez Water Idaho has confirmed that a computer error is to blame for overcharging costumers this month.

According to KTVB, a spokesperson for Suez, Stephanie Raddatz, said they've been using estimates lateley because:

“There’s snow over the meter boxes, and also with the cold weather we don't want to take the chance of opening those meter boxes and exposing the meter to the cold temperatures and having it freeze,”

BUT, instead of using last year's estimates the computer error used last month's estimates.

So if you've already paid the bill, Suez will credit your account, if you haven't paid...they'll adjust your bill accordingly.
