ID Cop Car Hits and Kills Pedestrian

An Idaho woman has been hit and killed by a Sheriff's Deputy! Here's what happened. 

The incident happened in Hayden, Idaho. A Kootenai Sheriff's Deputy was driving in the Southbound lanes of of U.S. 95 in Hayden at about 1:30 Saturday morning when he accidentally hit and killed a woman.

It's unclear why the woman was in the road and why the officer didn't see her.

According to KTVB, the identity of the woman killed has not been released. All we know is she was just 38 years old.
