According to the Idaho Statesman, Eagle Academy -an alternative high school- was placed on lockdown earlier this morning after Ada County Sherriff's received a call about a "troubling social media post."

The spokesman for the West Ada School District, Eric Exline, described what happened to the Idaho Statesman: "What I’ve heard preliminarily is that someone saw a post on social media that made it appear there was a shooting incident on campus."

The school was put on lockdown and deputies responded. After an investigation, they found that there was no threat to the students, faculty, or staff, and the lockdown was lifted.
