Dear Rick and Carly

Ladies, our friend Mike really needs your advice. Here's Mike's predicament. 

Here's the letter Mike wrote us.

Dear Rick and Carly,

I feel like a jerk for saying this, but for years I've been in love with my wife's younger sister. Many times I've wished I could turn the clock back to be with her instead of my wife. She hasn't had much luck with men. All of her boyfriends have been deadbeats, and her husband is the worst of them all. He drinks too much and treats her with no respect. Many times she has cried on my shoulder about the mess she's made of her life. My wife's not a bad person, but she doesn't measure up to her sister in looks or personality. I also feel like my wife doesn't need me. Should I follow my heart and tell my sister-in-law how I feel before I explode or should I stay quiet?
