Dear Rick and Carly, 

A few months ago my boss started flirting with me. I'm single, but I pretty much shut him down because I'm not really interested in him. Now there is a big promotion that I'd like to be considered for and I'm qualified for, but my boss acts like he's not even considering me. Should I start flirting back with my boss to try and get the promotion, even though I know this will never turn into a serious relationship? I could really use the pay raise and the title.
