Ladies, we need your help again. This weeks letter comes from Meridian. "Heather" is dreaming about her Ex and really needs your help!

We just got this e-mail from Heather.

Dear Rick and Carly, 

I love listening to "Girl Talk" every week. Most of the time I think "these people have craaaazzzyyy lives" but now I have found myself in a predicament. 

About two months ago I started having "romantic" dreams about my college sweetheart. I was startled by it at first, but just shrugged it off. 

The dreams haven't stopped, in fact they are getting more frequent and more explicit! My boyfriend has often commented that I smile or talk in my sleep and has asked me if anything is going on. 

I have looked up my old flame on Facebook and he looks better than ever, but I haven't even spoken to him in 10 years and I really do love my boyfriend. 

Should I confess to my boyfriend that I am having these dreams and some feeling for my Ex or should I just keep quiet?
