Their study looked at population vs. the cost of living.

For Boise they found we are 5% more affordable than the average U.S. city. They also noted that we have some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Boise is also known as one of the most bike friendly and walkable cities in the country.

The average home sells for $239,000

The average two-bedroom apartment runs $932
