I love me some tacos, burritos, and that perfect salsa. This place has it all, and it's been voted as the "Best Mexican Restaurant" in Idaho.

The one bummer thing about the findings of msn.com's new study is that apparently, the tastiest, finest Mexican restaurant in Idaho is in Ketchum, which is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Boise. Despo's may be well worth the drive.

They have award winning salsa, made daily, which is a major plus in my book. Other big hits on the menu are the tortilla soup, street style tacos, and burritos.

Another plus with Despo's is that they get a lot of their ingredients regionally and they focus on nutrition.

I'll be honest, I have tried a lot of Mexican restaurants since arriving in the Treasure Valley and I've had a hard time falling in love with one, so a visiting Despo's in Ketchum may just be worth the long car ride!

What's your favorite Mexican restaurant in town?
