It's hard to lose someone so tragically.  Especially this time of year.  Our hearts go out to this family and the friends of those who lost this wonderful young lady in a bad car accident.

It was about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday near the intersection of Linder Road and Hatchery Road in Eagle.  A 28-year-old man was headed south in a Cadillac and somehow he lost control.  His car flew off the road and flipped over crashing through some fencing before it finally coming to a stop in a field just east of the road.

Unfortunately the passenger, a 25-year-old woman died shortly after being transported to the hospital.  Both the driver, and a 4-year-old boy in the backseat made it without any serious injury.  Everyone in the car was wearing seatbelts.

The crash is under investigation by the Ada County Sheriff Department.  No names have been released.
