It's officially on!  Wildfire season kicks off with our neighbors getting a nasty blaze scorching over 20,000 acres in Malheur County, Oregon.

It started in Owyhee County Sunday night and grew to about 32 square miles.  It's likely to have started from lightening.  25 combined engines from the Bureau of Land Management were on hand along with contracted firefighting services, tow bulldozers, four water tenders, four Snake River Valley crews, and one hotshot crew.  An air attack has been called in and is fighting the blaze.
