It happens all over Idaho.  You know.  That neighbor, friend, family member, or maybe it's YOU!  Who's got the most redneck in them?

This is Julieanne's toilet.  Julianne lives in the fine city of Eagle.  Not a place you'd think that Redneck Flag would fly too often... but oh yes, it does.  Her boyfriend's quick fix when the toilet handle broke was a razor and some tape.  Hey!  If it works, it works.
