Which Idaho town is worth the most?

I just came across this story about a teeny, tiny town called Swett in South Dakota that is up for sale.  It's listed at $250,000.  That's less than the average asking price of a single home in most states.  For $250,000 you get 6 acres of prairie, a garage / tire shop, a home, and the local bar, called the "Swett Tavern".
