Uber Could Be Returning to Boise Soon

After suspending their services in Boise, Uber could be coming back soon.

The Idaho Senate passed a bill yesterday that could allow Uber to operate however it wants to in Boise.

Some of the bill's opponents argue that Uber's background checks aren't strict enough.

The bill goes to the governor's desk for final approval.
