Twin Falls Drive By Shooting Victim Dies

A young man riding his bicycle at the intersection of Northern Pine Drive and N. College Road in Twin Falls yesterday was shot multiple times and has now died.

The Twin Falls Police Department says the drive-by shooting happened just before 4 p.m. yesterday near Canyon Ridge High School.  No one is in custody at this time.  The authorities are working to find the suspect or suspects.

There were witnesses who saw a dark colored vehicle leave the scene.  The Twin Falls Police are sorting through different leads and evidence.  It is not known yet if the victim and the shooter knew each other.  This is obviously being investigated as a homicide.  The victim's next of kin is being notified.
