Every year for St. Patrick's Day I cook up a corned beef brisket. This year I'm going to slap that slab of meat on the grill!

I'm a big fan of the Traeger. I've found it makes it very easy to cook your meat low and slow, the secret to fall-apart deliciousness. If you're not hip to it, it's a pellet smoker that allows you to control the temperature you are cooking at almost effortlessly.

I wondered if there was a way to cook corned beef on the Traeger, so naturally I turned to Google. Tomorrow I'll be using THIS RECIPE to make my corned beef. Look, I know it's not traditional, but neither is green beer.

Wish me the luck o' the Irish and I'll give you a full report later!
