The Worst Candy for Your Teeth

Before you chomp down on your Halloween candy this year, keep this in mind...

Dental Hygienists were recently asked what candy is the worst and the best for your teeth. Apparently dark chocolate and York peppermint patties are the best for your teeth because they are lower in sugar than most sweets.

The worst candy for your teeth are Milk Duds, Starburst, Twix and Tootsie Rolls because the sugar stays on your teeth and takes a long time to dissolve.
