Another successful Hope for the Holidays.

I had the opportunity to be at the Fred Meyer in Nampa accepting donations for the Boise Rescue Mission and City Light Home for Women and Children, Friday night.

We had cash donations, food, coats and clothes, you name it we got it. I had one gentleman stop by and told me how grateful he was for the Boise Rescue Mission, to my surprise he told me he lived there. He moved from California but was struggling, he got  a job and the Boise Rescue Mission is helping him save his paychecks so he can get back on his feet. It was a humbling story.

This time of year can be hard for lots of people and families, I love living in such a giving community. The donations we received are going to such a great cause and you really are helping someone in need.

We had amazing success at all the Fred Meyer locations, thank you Treasure Valley.
