For many viewers, the Oscars are are chance to snark and make fun of everything that happens on stage (and can you blame ‘em?). But then the “In Memoriam” segment comes around and reduces even the most cynical person to puddle of bubbling tears. The 2015 Oscars “In Memoriam” is no different, offering a whirlwind tour through a year’s worth of beloved people who passed away. Get ready ... it’s about to get a little dusty in here.

Amid all the celebrations and laughter during Sunday night's 2014 Emmy Awards, there was one larger-than-life presence that was sorely missed: the late, great Robin Williams. And following the annual In Memoriam segment to honor the famous faces we've lost over the last year, Billy Crystal took the stage to honor his longtime friend and fellow comedian in a moving and heartfelt tribute.

The best way to remember Robin Williams, one of the best actors of his generation and one of the best comedic minds of all-time, is through his work. To pay tribute, we put together this video tribute to the man and his movies.

Everybody is bummed out about the death of Robin WIlliams.  It's amazing to hear how many people, across so many generations, were impacted by his work.  Everybody has a favorite Robin Williams movie. This one is mine....

Sure I grew up watching Aladdin and watching Mork & Mindy was a family staple in my house.  I am not sure what it says about my family that our two favorite shows were Alf and Mork and Mindy.

Robin Williams was a pro in every sense of the word.  And he loved performing for our men and women in uniform with the USO. This amazing video shows his professionalism and his passion for our servicemen and women.

“Can you believe Popeye is played by the guy who plays Mork?” These words from my mother blew my seven-year-old mind. That's my intro to a piece I don’t know how to write and, honestly, probably shouldn’t be writing so soon after learning about Robin Williams’ death. I only had one encounter with Williams professionally – an interview promoting ‘Happy Feet 2,’ of all things – yet there are tears coming down my face as I type this for what is essentially a stranger. Even though he’s not a stranger. Everyone knew him. This is everyone’s loss.

In a completely tragic and unfathomable turn of events, beloved actor and comedian Robin Williams has died at the age of 63. Williams was found in his home in California earlier today, as confirmed by the Marin County Sheriff's department.
