The Nampa Police Department is looking for women who have been victimized by a Nampa rapist.

It's embarrassing and shameful to say this man is from Idaho. Locked up for 5 to 20 years now for raping a minor and he has the audacity to say that God told him to do it, and this young girl should feel blessed she was chosen.
