Shots Fired in Idaho

Gunfire has erupted in two separate situations. A man in Nampa opened fire last night and another Idaho man accidentally shot himself. 

The gunfire started last night at 11:45 pm in Nampa when police were called to the scene and they found a man standing in his yard shooting a gun into the air. Luckily, no one was injured, but the man has been taken into custody on a mental health hold.

The gunfire continued when another Idaho man accidentally shot himself in the hand in Kennewick, Washington and told the authorities the injury was from two men trying to rob him! Police tried to seek out the robbers, but came up empty handed. The man has not provided an explanation as to why he made the story up.
