Recent Stealth Land on Boise Freeway Explained

Remember that recent stealth move by the Cessna pilot who landed the airplane on it's belly on the freeway?  Here's the follow up story explaining his awesomeness.

The Cessna  plane ran out of fuel about a mile west of the Boise Airport.  Pilot Jon Brinkerhoff landed the plane on its belly on the two right lanes of Interstate 84,  west of the Orchard Street exit.  Neither Brinkerhoff nor anyone was injured.
