Yummy!! On a day like today (80 degrees in Boise) how does an ice-cold beer popsicle sound? It's a great way to cool off AND celebrate #NationalBeerDay, here are some super easy and delicious recipes you can try tonight!
Guinness Cream-Sicle:
- 1 bottle Guinness Stout
- ¼ cup half and half
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Stir Guinness, half and half and sugar together in a measuring cup, skim off foam and pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze and serve.
