I made struffoli for dessert last Christmas and my kids have been begging for it ever since! Here's the recipe for this classic Italian holiday treat!

I remember watching Giada De Laurentiis (my inspiration for cooking) make these amazing little donuts mixed with hazelnuts and drizzled with honey last year. It was the prettiest dessert I had ever seen and it looked delicious, so I just had to make it.

I must admit, struffoli is a lot of work, but it is oh so worth it! Here's Giada's recipe! She takes you through the process step by step and I'm telling you, you can not go wrong with this. (I even burnt mine a little bit as you can see in the picture, but it was still so good!)
