They brought Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Alan Jackson, and Dustin Lynch to Mountain home this year, but now it looks like the music festival is coming to an end.

Officials with the Mountain Home Music Festival made the announcement this morning on social media...

After 4 great years in Idaho, we've made the tough decision to go on hiatus for the 2019 edition of the festival. We want to thank each and every one of our fans from Mountain Home and beyond for all the memories we've made together.

No word yet on specifics as to why the show for 2019 has been canceled. According to idahonews.com the festival has been going on since the summer of 2015 and would bring in thousands of fans from across the country.

Since they used the word "hiatus" the festival could be back in future years, but only time will tell.

No matter what, you know the best in country music will always make their way to the Treasure Valley for a great concert season. We're getting excited for Luke Bryan on September 20th and Keith Urban on September 28th.
