What exactly happened at mile marker 111 just east of Mountain Home at 4:24 p.m. yesterday afternoon, the Idaho State Police are trying to figure out.  A single-car crash on the westbound side of Interstate 84 ended with one fatality and a number of family members and friends in mourning.

47-year-old Tiffany Clark was driving her 2004 GMC Yukon.  According to The Idaho State Journal, authorities believe Clark failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the left side of the shoulder, overcorrected heading back on to the westbound side of I-84 where her vehicle eventually started flipping multiple times until it came to a stop on the median.

Clark was wearing a seatbelt but unfortunately didn't make it.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.  Her family has been notified and all of us here at WOW Country send out thoughts and prayers.
