Man Pulled From Burning Car in Meridian

It happened about 1 am, a man was headed West on I-84 near the Cloverdale overpass when he lost control, crashed his car, and it burst into flames!

Luckily, we have good people here in Idaho. A pair of Good Samaritans pulled the driver out before it became completely engulfed in flames.

It's unclear what caused the driver to lose control and the crash is being investigated.

According to KTVB, the driver was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. His identity and the extent of his injuries have not been released, but thanks to those who stepped in and rescued him he is alive this morning.
