The Idaho Statesman just released information that according to the Idaho State Police, 50-year-old Joseph Sena was the driver who allegedly is guilty of crashing into another vehicle, killing two people when being chased by the Nampa Police Department.

Sena was running from the law and sped through the intersection of 16th Avenue North and Third Street North when a car happened to be going through at the same time.  Sena's truck struck the vehicle with absolutely devastating consequences.  The deceased victims have not yet been identified.

The charges Sena is facing...

  • Two counts of felony vehicular manslaughter
  • Felony eluding police
  • Felony for allegedly being a persistent violator

Sena's already been waiting for his trial date on a felony drinking and driving charge from an incident back in October so he may be facing a lot of jail time.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of the victims.
