Our thoughts and prayers are with a young man and his toddler this morning after they were ejected from their vehicle in Homedale.

The crash happened as a result of a 16 year old driver trying to cross oncoming traffic to pull into a driveway near Homedale Road and Crystal Lane at about 11:07 yesterday morning.

A 2008 Ford F350 pickup driven by a 21 year old man who had his 2 year old with him hit the Honda Civic the teenager was driving and both the father and daughter were ejected from the truck.

The conditions of those involved and their names have not been released, but according to KTVB the man and his daughter were taken by air ambulance to a Boise hospital and the 16 year old and her two passengers are in area hospitals as well.

Hopefully everyone pulls through and makes a full recovery. We'll keep you updated as this story unfolds.
