Local Coffee Shop Gives Back To The Community

Great coffee, good people, and we're making the world a better place.

If you want some of the best tasting coffee this side of the Boise River, check out Awakenings Coffee House on Overland Rd.  This is gourmet, locally brewed coffee and every cup means more money for local charitable organizations like Safe Place Ministries in Boise.  That nonprofit works with 250 to 300 women and families a year that are dealing with domestic and sexual abuse.

You may have never heard of the Awakenings Coffee House.  That's because they're brand new.  Opening house was Saturday and it was packed with people ready to taste something new, fantastic, and of course... knowing we're giving back to our community here in Idaho makes it taste that much sweeter!
