Laws You Don’t Know About In Idaho

Rick and Carly find themselves in hot water because they simply don't know some of the laws we have here in Idaho.  Here's some almost nobody knows.

The Rick and Carly Arena-Wiena Cross will not go down as planned.  It was brought to our attention yesterday that it is illegal to race dogs, any dogs, of any kind, in any fashion here in the state of Idaho.  It's a felony.  WOW 104.3 has been informed that police, media, and activist would be on site to prosecute and make an example of us if we went through with the Wiener Dog Race.

Here's some laws you may not know that you've either broken or not known about in our beloved state of Idaho.

BOISE

• Residents may not fish from a giraffe's back

COEUR D'ALENE

• If a police officer approaches a vehicle and suspects that the occupants are engaging in sex, he must either honk, or flash his lights and wait for three minutes before approaching the car.

EAGLE

• Dirt may not be swept from one's house into the street
• Bicycles are not allowed on tennis courts
• Persons may not camp out on sidewalks

POCATELLO

• A person may not be seen in public without a smile on their face
