The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure is coming back to the Treasure Valley Saturday, May 13, 2017.

You can join the fight to reduce breast cancer deaths by 50% in the next 10 years. One way to do that is to join WOW 104.'s 'WOW Walkin' Warriors' team sponsored by Alliance Physical Medicine!

Registration for this year's race begins on Wednesday, February 1st. When you register early, you'll be saving some cash too! Between February 1-28, registration for the 5K, and the family-friendly 1-mile run/walk, will be just $19!!!

When you make an additional $19 donation during the early-bird registration time, you're in to win some shoes from Shu's Idaho Running Company.

Where does the money from your registration go?

• 75% of funds raised stay local to provide screening mammogram, diagnostics, patients assistance and breast health education programs to those who are uninsured or under-insured living in Idaho and Montana.
• To date, Komen Idaho Montana has invested over $7 million back into the communities
