Kissing Bandit on the Loose

This is not something you see everyday. A man walks into a store, grabs a woman, kisses her, and runs away! Have you seen the kissing bandit?

Tuesday afternoon this guy walked into a business near Overland and Vinnel Way, grabbed a woman against her will and kissed her twice on the face!

The victim says she does not know this man and he just walked off after kissing her.

According to KTVB he is being described as ...

• 5'9"
• white with a tan complexion
• wearing a grey t-shirt and shorts
