38-year-old Travis Dunn has eluded police and is officially 'AT LARGE'.  The Twin Falls Sheriff Department is NOT holding back and have pushed forward with every effort in catching Dunn who is wanted for felony rape.  Basic description the Sheriff Department has released is...

• 5 feet 11 inches tall
• Brown hair and green eyes
