Mitch Fisher has been trying to be a good neighbor for 9 years by plowing his neighbors walks, but the good deed landed him in court!

Fisher was cited with a $206 fine for depositing a "dangerous material" on the sidewalks on January 4th.

Luckily the citation was dismissed on Monday, but Fisher did end up paying a $75 fine.

He had been clearing the walks of an elderly neighbor and a neighbor who has a child with special needs.

Attorney Paul Echo Hawk decided to take on Fisher's case pro-bono and it's not surprising the case was dropped. According to the Idaho Statesman the story has gained national attention from The Glen Beck Show.
