Idaho Daycare Shut Down For Violations

This Idaho daycare failed to supervise the kids.  So now the state is shutting them down!

The Here We Grow Daycare in Post Falls posted a notice on its door Friday afternoon that said they are closing for good.  The State Department of Health and Welfare issued a notice that stated the daycare failed to comply with several standards.

Earlier this month a 1-year-old was left unsupervised and left the daycare through a security gate.  He made it all the way to the parking lot before someone had spotted him.  Also, earlier this month, inspectors found that 22 children had been left alone in separate rooms.  12 were toddlers that were left napping by themselves and 10 were over 5, also left in a room unsupervised.

The daycare will shut down immediately and has chosen to not comment.
