I-84 Shut Down in Ontario

Westbound i-84 has been shut down starting in Ontario due to winter weather conditions. 

3 miles west of Ontario the I-84 freeway is closed through to La Grande.

Snow and fog are the reason for the closure. If you plan on heading this direction today, either change those plans or map out an alternate route.

According to KTVB, this isn't the only road closure we've had in this part of the country.

The freeway was closed Sunday morning in the Portland area due to poor driving conditions. That section of the freeway is now open and running just fine.
